About ROVEN

 We built this because we were tired of choosing.

Every rider knows the trade-off.

You want music on the climb — something to get you through the last third of a fire road when your legs are done. But the second you put earbuds in, you've cut yourself off from the trail. You can't hear the rider calling up behind you. You can't hear your own suspension. You can't hear the truck on the fire road access.

So most of us just ride in silence. Or worse, we ride with one earbud in and pretend that's a solution.

Then there's the other problem. You finally clean the line you've been walking around for a month — the drop, the rock garden, the switchback that kept spitting you off — and there's no proof. No footage. Just you and a story your buddies half-believe.

You could mount a camera. But that means remembering to charge it, mounting it, angling it, taking it off, mounting it again next ride. Most of the time it stays in the garage.

## What we make

Open-ear headphones with a camera built in.

Open-ear means the sound reaches you through bone conduction — your ear canal stays completely open. You hear your music and you hear the mountain. No isolation, no compromise, no guilt about wearing headphones on a trail with other people on it.

The camera lives in the same piece of gear. Nothing to mount, nothing to remember. If you're wearing your headphones, you're ready to capture the line.

What we care about

**Gear that disappears.** The best equipment is the stuff you stop noticing. If you're adjusting it mid-descent, we designed it wrong.

**Awareness over isolation.** We will never build a product that takes your ears away from you on a trail. Situational awareness isn't a feature — it's the baseline.

**Built for the ride you actually do.** Not for a marketing video. For the after-work lap, the weekend shuttle day, the ride where you're tired and the light is going and you're going to send it anyway.
