Shipping Times

Here's exactly how long your order takes. No fine print, no surprises.

The Short Version

Business days are Monday–Friday. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are not counted.

What Each Stage Means

Processing (1–4 business days) We verify your order, pick your item, run a quality check, and prepare it for dispatch. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start processing the next business day.

Transit (7–12 business days) Your package is with the carrier and on its way to you. You'll have a tracking number for this entire stage.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Heads up: tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first scan after you receive that email. This is completely normal — the carrier just hasn't updated the system yet. Your package is moving even when the tracking page looks frozen.

If your tracking still hasn't updated after 7 business days, email us and we'll chase it down.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Ordering More Than One Item

Items may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll get a separate tracking number for each shipment.

What Can Slow Things Down

Most orders land inside the estimated window. These are the things that occasionally push it:

• Carrier backlogs during peak season (November–December especially)
• Severe weather
• Customs or transit inspections
• An incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Double-check your address at checkout. It's the single most common cause of a delayed order, and it's the one thing we can't fix once your package is out the door.
