• Obtaining any consent required before recording other people
• Respecting posted restrictions on recording in private property, trails, parks, facilities, changing areas, and restricted zones

ROVEN accepts no liability for any use of recording features that violates applicable law or the privacy rights of others.

5. Safety and Assumption of Risk

Cycling and mountain biking are inherently risky activities. Our products are accessories and are not protective or safety equipment. They do not replace a helmet, protective gear, lights, or safe riding practices.

You are responsible for maintaining awareness of your surroundings at all times, including traffic, trail conditions, and other riders. Use of any audio device while riding may affect your awareness. Do not operate device controls while riding in a manner that compromises your safety or the safety of others.

Check and follow local laws — some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit the use of headphones while cycling.

You assume all risk associated with the use of our products.

6. Battery and Electrical Safety

Products containing rechargeable lithium batteries must be used according to the included instructions. Do not expose to extreme heat, puncture, disassemble, submerge beyond the stated rating, or charge with an incompatible charger. Discontinue use immediately if the product shows swelling, overheating, or damage, and dispose of it in accordance with local electronic waste regulations.
